Kaziranga to Kanha
Your tour leader will receive you at Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose Airport, Kolkata. Then we will fly to Guwahati, where we will have lunch at Taj Brahmaputra. From Gawahati we will drive four hours by air-conditioned vehicle to Wild Grass Resort. We will avail the evening visit in the park. Our safari will start from next morning and continue for Day 3, 4 and 5. We will ride open vehicles to visit various nook and crannies of the park. On Day 5 noon, we will drive back to Guwahati to fly to Kolkata and subsequently hop on to a train for Kanha Tiger Reserve. The railway travel will be by air-conditioned coaches. On Day 6 we arrive at Gondia and, if times are right, we will drive through the Reserve to our Lodges at Kisli or Khatia. Days 7,8,9 and 10 will be spent in search for the Tiger. On day 10 after the morning drive in the park, we will drive for six hours to Nagpur to catch a flight to Mumbai, which again will connect the outward-bound flight to London.
The tour expense covers all food, water, soft drinks, lodging, land transfers, gate entry fees, 1 Film Still Camera fee per person, internal air and rail tickets from Kolkata till you reach Mumbai international airport.
All lodging will be at air-cooled lodges at twin sharing basis. Visits will be made in the parks during government stipulated timings, which is twice a day during daylight hours.
Wildlife Itinerary - 2
Sundarbans - Your tour guide will recieve you at the Netaji Subhash International airport and you will stay at Taj Bengal. Next morning we will drive to Sonakhali. You will be transferred to our motorised boat. The boat will take you to our Sunderbans Jungle Camp at Bali island,opposite to the sanctuary area. You will be briefed by our guide and after lunch we will cruise through creeks and canals and visit watchtower, mangrove interpretation centre. On the second day we will have a fullday cruise alongwith visits to few watchtowers. By evening we will come back to camp where there will be local cultural programme performed by the local villagers. On third day we will take you to a village tour to be followed by an hour long adventure cruise by manually-oared country boat in the narrow creeks. After early lunch we will be back to Sonakhali. You will be transferred by our car to Kolkata. You will stay at Taj Bengal. Next day you will be transferred to the airport to catch your flight.
